If the clock does not work, please follow below procedures to check and resolve the problem.
1)Please check whether the battery is good and assembled properly. If not, please change the battery or reassemble the battery.
2)If the battery is good,please re-install the hands following above operation.
3)When hanging the clock on the wall, please make sure the wall is flat and there is nothing touching the dial of the mechanism. If there is a barrier, please remove it or hang the clock on other place of the wall.

Tips:
The origin hands will better for decorative and Black hands will more better for tell time,choose the color which you prefer. Please following the picture to re-install the hands.
User Installation Description
1)Remove battery. Align to 12 o’clock. Unscrew “Cap Nut”.
2)Carefully remove the minute hand and hour hand by lifting and wriggling the clock hand’s round metal area near shaft.
3)Aligning to 12 o’clock, insert hour hand into shaft , followed by the minute hand and screw nut cap back.
4)Turn two full cycles to ensure the hands are not touching each other or frame.
Notice:
- 1. The clock does not have a second hand, you will not see that the clock is working unless several minutes later.
- 2. The clock hands are flexible,If needed they can be bent with your hands.
